Effective 1st January 2013, Sungai Long Golf & Country Club is NO longer offering Golfing Life Membership and Sports Life Membership.

We are offering Golfing Term Memberships ( Corporate / Individual ) for you to enjoy golfing at our newly renovated golf course with Clubhouse facilities.

Entrance Fee, Change of Nominee Fee, Transfer Fee, Processing Fee & Licence Fee is subject to GST.

Membership Procedure

1. Membership Application ( Golfing Term Membership )
- Fill up Application Form
- Submit Form 24, 44 and 49 ( For Corporate Membership )
- Fill up Form B and Form C ( For Corporate Membership, Form B must have a Company Chop )
- Submit one piece of Business Card
- Submit Photocopy of IC or Passport
- Submit two pieces of colour photograph ( Passport size )
- A Payment Cheque of Entrance Fee and Prepayment Sum payable to "SUNGAI LONG GOLF RESORT BERHAD"
- A Payment of Legal Fee and payable to 'Sungai Long Golf Resort Berhad'
  - 1 Year RM170
  - 2 Years RM190
  - 3 Years RM210
2. Membership Transfer ( Golfing & Sports Membership )
- a. Fill up Application for Transfer and help us get to know you better form
- b. Submit to get approval from CEO
- c. After approved, you will receive a call from membership department to arrange an appointment for transfer.
- d. Sign Transfer Form ( Seller and Buyer must come together / for Corporate - If the Director cannot come for signing the Transfer Form, they must provide us with the Board of Resolution )
- e. Fill up Application Form for incoming member
- f. Submit From 24, 44 and 49 ( For Corporate Membership )
- g. Fill up Form B and Form C ( For Corporate Membership, Form B must have a Company Chop )
- h. Submit one piece of Business Card
- i. Submit Photocopy of IC or Passport
- j. Submit two pieces of Colour Photograph ( Each )
- k. Submit Children Birth Certificate ( If Any ) - Children must below 18 years old
- l. A payment cheque of Transfer Fee (RM1,600) and Prepayment Sum (RM500) payable to "SUNGAI LONG GOLF RESORT BERHAD" ( for Non-Golfing Member only )
- m. A payment cheque of Transfer Fee (RM6,000) , Club Establisment Fee (RM42,000) and Prepayment Sum (RM1,000) payable to "SUNGAI LONG GOLF RESORT BERHAD" ( for Golfing Member only )
- n. A payment cheque of Legal Fee for Golf (RM160) and Non Golf (RM110) payable to ‘NOVENDRA & YAP”.
- o. The seller must RETURN Membership Certificate, Membership Card and Car Sticker
- p. Settle all outstanding ( If any )
3. Change of Nominee
- Fill up Form B1 and Form C
- Form B1 must have a Company Chop
- Submit Form 49
- Submit one piece of Business Card
- Submit Photocopy of IC or Passport
- Submit two pieces of Colour Photograph (Each)
- Submit Children Birth Certificate ( If Any, Children must below 18 years old )
- A payment cheque of Change of Nominee fee (RM3,000) for Life Member and (RM1,000) for Term Member payable to ‘SUNGAI LONG GOLF RESORT BERHAD’.
- RETURN Membership Card and Car Sticker
- Settle all outstanding ( If Any )
4. Children Subscription
- Must apply when children have reach 18 years
- Principle member need to fill up the application form
- Submit Children Birth Certificate, IC and Photo
- Submit two pieces of Colour Photograph (Each)
- Must apply at least one (1) year period before the cancellation can be done
- To cancelled Principle member must fill up the Deactivate Form
- We will terminate when the children already reach 21 years old
- The subscription fee is RM37.64 per month per person
- Note : For Golf Members are entitled at Sport & Recreational ONLY (All the quoted prices are before taxes)

5. Mode of Payment

Goling Facility : Charge to Member Account, Paid by Credit Card
Sport Facility : Charge to Member Account, Paid by Credit Card
Golfer Terrace : Charge to Member Account, Paid by Credit Card
